As far as the conservative houses go, AGR, Farmhouse, FIJI, Pike, Sigma Chi, Beta have a lot more conservative guys it seems

No no no this list is so wrong. Theta isn't a top house, but def solid middle. And axid is good but should be lower, same with tri delt and kappa
