Chapters with houses will always have higher dues then those without houses. Even if you dont live in the house you normally still have to pay to help support it.

Yeah I know, but around how much? 7000$ a semester? I understand it varies from house to house but approx.

Hell no. 7000 would be outrageous. For mine its usually around 450 to 500. It really varies but is usually only around that I think.

the smaller the frat the lower the dues. My Fraternities Dues are about $340, most fraternities are from 300-500 like ^he^ said. Sororities are much more expensive, or so I hear. The worst I've heard them get is about $1,000 a semester (for some sororities)
