rushing as a sophomore?

I really want to rush in the fall, but I'll be a sophomore. Do sororities typically take sophomores or is it uncommon?

I rushed a fraternity last year and was accepted just the same as everyone else who pledged with me. It's not the most common thing to do but its not a taboo. Rush away

I rushed as a sophomore. I honestly did feel like it hurt me rushing as a sophomore but I still had a lot of houses invite me back and I ended up getting a bid from a top house :) If a sorority thinks you are a good fit, they will invite you back.
