fraternity houses

Houses don't really matter but if I had to say something about them

SigEp: Huge and beautiful but far away. In better hands this place could be made into something special.
Pike-AEPI: Putting them in the same category because they essentially live in the same place. Nice, great location and homely brick walls.
Fiji: Their penthouse is beautiful inside and on the balcony. Their 3 story house is not beautiful and closer to a stereotypical "frat house". Both are close to campus.
Zpsi: Nice place, kind of old. They have every floor to themselves in their brownstone.....except the bottom floor. I'd imagine that would get annoying.
ZBT: I hear the place itself is great but I haven't been there. I hear their neighbors are incredibly annoying.
Delta Phi: who cares
Skull: who cares
LXA: who cares
Multiculturals: who cares
Dke: who cares
Tdphi: who cares
ect.
