good group of guys overall. like others have said their 2020 pc carries the organization. they have a lot of potential and i think that while theyre not perfect, the effort theyre putting in is having a positive impact

This fraternity is a joke. All self ranks by tri delt girls, the only sorority they hang out with. They got a small pledge class with maybe 5 chill guys and think they’re rising. Avoid this fraternity unless you want to be labeled as a weirdo

for once anything u read on this app is correct about these guys. Their sophomores > most frats. Their juniors/seniors are < most frats. If they get a pc similar to their 2019-2020 class they can really move up. If they don’t they’re stuck bottom

What I noticed: Their sophomores carry the whole frat and throw parties, the upperclassmen don't really do anything.

2020 pc is what stands out, overall the upperclassmen suck but I lived with these guys in dorsey last year and love them. 100% a great pc but unfortunately the rest off the frat isn’t that way

Yeah could not name a trashier groups of guys. Went to a couple of their parties and were mediocre at best with guys swarming at any girls. Literally any girl. My girls and I have stopped going except for drinks tbh. The guys I have known personally are trashy although they are friendly (or thirsty)

2020 pc is clearly the heart of the fraternity. Outside of them the chapter isn’t well known at all. Rumor has it they recruited ~35 new members this semester even better than the 2020 pc. If that’s at all the case get ready for these guys to be relevant.
