Saw this in the comments and it looked correct to me.

Top 5

KS TKE - best parties and houses

ATO SAE PKA - either bad houses (SAE/PKA) or building up numbers (ATO)

Mid

SN SX Fiji ChiPhi OX DSP DX - take your pick every fraternity here has good parties and groups like Fiji ChiPhi OX and SN also have very solid houses.

Lower Mid
Skullhouse ChiPsi DU AEPi - all 4 have had surprisingly fun events over the last 2 years. Each is growing too.

Bottom
BTP PDT SPE KA - need to have joints for even moderate parties, otherwise you will feel like you're at a high school party because these groups keep it more chill.

This actually turned out to be pretty accurate, minus TKE being that high. especially seeing how rush turned out. Switch them out with Pike and probably add SAE to the top 3.

Mostly accurate. Not sure KS needs to be top. TKE definitely. I would move ATO or PKA up instead. All of top five can be counted on for great parties though.

SN and OX need to be moved up to the second row. I would also switch Pike and TKE and move ATO up to the top too.

KS TKE and ATO have the best house parties and socials at tech rn.
