It really depends. I wouldn't hold off on rushing in hopes of increasing your chances. If you rushed in the fall and didn't get get then definitely try again in the spring. Rushing a second time show courage, dedication, and strength which is something that any fraternity or sorority will appreciate. I know that my fraternity thinks very highly of those people but it doesn't guarantee a bid obviously.
