I've been reading throw couple of Pikes rating for "research" probably a bad idea. But anyway I've seen people say once their seniors are gone they are screwed. They said they lost 24 seniors this year. Is it inevitable Pike will no longer be top tier?

Devin Wright is on everyones D. But will admit Phi Sigs, KAs, Pikes, Sigma Chis all come to Pi Kapps parties. They're probably the most friendly to other fraternities. Top parties are Kappa Sig, Pi Kapp, and Pike.

I wonder how many people on here are new brothers to these fraternities and are just being keyboard warriors. That said only 3 fraternities are even close to relavant in all aspects. In no order Pho Sig, Pike, and Kappa Sig

Top frat right now is Phi Sig. Biggest and best pledge class by far, best at sports right now, and great party house with a pool right next to campus. This is the REAL, HONEST RANKING of fraternities on campus right now:
