What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

I do think zta is rising but they are definitely no where near top yet. They're somewhere between mid and top.

AOPi is definitely still top with ChiO and APhi.
ZTA is definitely still middle. Gamma Phi after them.
AZD is bottom. And no way is PiPhi middle. They're brand new so they're at the bottom for now.

agree with accurate...Zeta is not quite top yet. But AOPi is def not top anymore and PiPhi is somewhere between bottom and middle.
