how important are looks for sororities?

I've heard mixed things-- for a key 3, how important are looks, actually? as in if a girl is relatively average looking but knows a lot of girls in the sorority is she more or less likely to get a bid than a really attractive girl who doesn't really know people in that sorority?

For key 3, the average girl who knows everyone will do better. Money & social status > looks. The hot girls who don't know anyone go APhi and Theta.
