Don't believe the delta chi propaganda on here. Constantly trying to inflate their rep by putting themselves higher than they actually are.
Theyve got some avg/cool guys and their house is big but mostly empty. Heritage grove sucks and is irrelevant. Their functions are just spillover from pike. Not to much else happening there.

Delta Chi is better than the OP admits. They do benefit from being near Pike but so what. Anybody would. They gave a huge impressive house with a large and involved chapter. And they mix with good sororities. DX easily ranks in the top third of FSU fraternities and that’s pretty strong.
