upperclassmen quota: in all honesty and seriousnes

I'll be a junior this year at FSU with my AA degree from my local community college. I'll also be rushing the FSU sororities for sure! I've recently started worrying that the upperclassmen quota might not be as friendly as the FSU greek life page portrays it to be. I expect them to idealize anything just to get kids to rush, not knowing how the upperclassmen quota might affect them. I do plan on getting as many recommendation letters for as many chapters as i can get, but any honest opinions from any FSU greeks would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
