Tri delt is in its own tier. Under kappa phi and zeta. They really don’t compete with KD

Zeta is not a top house. They are much more liked than top houses but according to panhellenic they’re not.

Zeta is the “highest ranked” house a lot of pnms have left because their early cuts aren’t as deep as the tops.

Went through rush last year. Zeta is a top house. I am saying this as someone who ended up in a lower tier house and have no reason to lie. So many girls came into rush wanting zeta. If anything kappa is falling…

Okay ZTA is the lowest top house, TOP of top is XO KKG PiPhi but that doesn’t mean ZTA isn’t better women than them!

Well, I think obv kappa and Zeta care. That’s evident by how much they self rank and slam other houses trying to stay somewhat relevant.

I do notice a lot of the newer houses try to climb over each other. But it’s not a quality thing it’s a time thing the oldest house will always be top the newer ones will always be “the newest” and the middle will be middle. Frustrating for everyone but the very oldest.

This is so so wrong.
Chi o pi phi zeta and kappa all lose to each other. You have never been a gamma chi if you think otherwise!
Tri delt really is sort of in a tier of their own.
KD, phi mu. ( controversial but true!!!!)
Adpi , axo , aopi and dg.
