No Hate J Wondering : why is kappa doing cob??

I thought they were a super top house?? Why are they doing cob?

It just means they have spots open. So if they had girls drop, people graduate, etc. that’s plays a part in how many girls they take/if they do COB

I'm pretty sure COB is pretty much required if you're not at or really close to your quota

It has to do with house total, not quota. A chapter can be below house total due to graduations, retention, etc,. They can choose to participate in COB or not. It isn’t a requirement.

A lot are doing COB, including Pi Phi, Theta and others.
