This is perfect. I like that phi mu is getting some recognition because their overall quality of girls has really improved. I can't say that theta is so right up in their with the top 3 but I wouldn't put them in middle tier either.

Phi mu is definitely not above Alpha chi or Zeta

AO Pi is new, so give them time. Phi Mu is upper middle tier, probably equal to Zeta and Alpha Chi. Kappa, Kappa Delta and Theta are up and down, but always middle or better. Personally, I think each house has a great sisterhood to share with PNMs.

I don't think Gamma Phi is the top house, but one of the top. I went through recruitment this year and I think this is about right. Theta wasn't really high on everyone's list, so my impression was that they were middle of the pack. I really liked KD and Phi Mu, but they were my second and third choices. Still great girls and I have friends in both houses.

Move Chi O to the top. Move Pi Phi and Theta to the middle. The rest is good.

pi phi is at least below theta. and gphi is definitely not the top.
i'd say chi-o, theta, gphi, pi phi.

Theta maybe is middle tier and pi phi and kappa are all slipping. Definitely chi o is top and gamma phi is second.
