People not putting AZD at the top are out of their minds.
Gamma Phi isn't below ASA anymore.
FIJI has been rising and is easily lower-top upper-middle now

I'd say the best list I've seen so far seein that its too hard to actually rank the middle tiers bc they are all pretty much the same. But DTD definitely over Pi Kapp.
