Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 1.0 These guys don't seem to comprehend that the pledging system is uniform because it's effective. They don't pledge, their kids miss out on everything. Not a frat, can't be rated highly.
