Comment:  I know some Phi Psi's and from what I can tell they are really turning things around. The pledge classes from last year have essentially taken over the fraternity and they're killing it with summer rush, 15 guys that have already accepted bids for the fall. I went to a rush event where they got five alone. Yeah they lost their old house on Milledge but their new one is going to be on five acres near ECV. I don't know another frat at UGA that has that much land. They're definitely on the rise!
