DPhiE was carefully chosen ten years ago to colonize at GSU, and has never intentionally planned to fail as a chapter. Chi Omega was carefully chosen to colonize at GSU five years ago and has become successful more rapidly than her GSU DPhiE NPC counterpart. Both groups have something special, true and good to offer women students. Both groups require differing standards/purposes of their memberships and thus tend to attract different types of students. It remains to be seen whether DPhiE will continue to operate their GSU chapter as it stands, reconstitute it with a large influx of new members, or require her members to surrender their charter.
