If you're a freshman reading this website you'll realize how catty and terrible greek life is. Sure there are girls in sororities that don't care about rankings and don't care about what other people think of them, but the ones who do care are disproportionally vocal. I know girls in every house from every tier who can't stand their sisters and spend more time with their non-greek friends or friends in other houses. Why would you want to waste your time joining a house that will take up all your time and cause endless drama just so you can live in a house that's too small and mix with frat boys who think their dad bod and their daddy's money will get you to sleep with them?
