Depends on whom you ask; EN, EX, PDT, KA. Each have their pros and cons. Its impossible to accurately rate every fraternity, theres just so much to consider, ie. Alumni base, looks, personality, presence on campus, internal leadership, money, partys, philanthropy, and the list goes on. Anyone that says a certain list is set in stone for a accurate rank either has way too much time on their hands or have had a bitter experience with a certain group ie. breakup, was a one night stand, was rude to them, etc. or someone from a rival chapter.
