The ironic part is that the "top tier" chapters schedule socials with some of those fraternities but then treat them like crap. But the fraternities are too caught up in appearances to realized they are getting jerked around. We make our new members go and they only have to stay for so long. It gives the new members some place to drink for free. Most of the girls in my pledge class wouldn't be caught dead in those fraternities. They are too dumb to realize they are being used big time. They would be better off to have events with sororities that actually like them and want to get to know them. Yea, sounds harsh but it's the truth.
