There is a consensus for the top 5 frats and the top 5 sororities, but within the top 5 there is a lot of discussion. there is the top half of the top tier and the bottom half of the top tier. The groupings are alphabetized because they are pretty interchangeable within the groupings - then it just depends who you ask.
