I would say AXO/Zeta/Phi Mu are kinda all on par with one another... All are basically mid-tier with a mix of different types of girls rather than one typical stereotype for their house. Zeta has slowly been getting worse though, while I think most would argue AXO and even Phi Mu have been getting better.
