The frats and sororitys who live on these sites usually ranked themselves high. The frats and sororitys they are in competition with, they will rank low. Frats and sororitys that they have no contact with, they will rank low. Frats and sororitys that they have a beef with, they will rank low. Totally unbias rankings can only be delivered from an outside source through a double blind controlled poll. No frat stays the same. No sorority stays the same. Tiers are tools are perception. They are used to pit one Greek organization against another one; to make one appear better than another one; and are superficially, irresponsible and immature in nature. African American Greek organizations don't have tiers because each frat/sorority will never allow anyone to say that their organization is less than another one. African American Greek organizations respect one another's statuses. Most postings are made by one person, (which is estimated to be 98.1% of all posts per I.P. Address) which is the same person who caused CollegeLeak to be taken down. This person is not a student at PSU, has never been to PSU, and is not a college student. Take what you read hear with a grain of salt. One apple does spoil the bunch if allowed. There are many who would have loved to have been Greek, so don't take it for granred
