Top: Sigma Chi (top) Theta Chi Then a BIG gap - the two chi's are by far the best. Sig Chi gets edge because Theta Chi's high GPA requirement gives them a more nerdy group of guys and Sig Chi has Derby Days during the fall which is huge bonus for them. Upper: TDX (used to be top teir but lost their house and have no money, lots of internal issues, falling fast) Pike (both good because of good tailgate backyards but no houses hurts them both a lot) Middle: Skull 18 (SigEp) Phi Delt (not on same level as others but all have houses) Lower Middle: SigPi Tke Chi Psi (really arent relevant at all, are the best of the low teirs, only reason why their names are known is because of GDI girls and top sororitys throw them a pity mixer every once in a while for participating in their philanthropy)
