I hate to break it to you, but they'll probably fall towards the bottom of the barrel unless whoever does their recruiting pulls off some kind of miracle. Case in point: Fuzzie. They had a decent reputation before they were kicked off and came back with a much less popular one. That's not binding of course and a lot of it depends on how well they do with their fall recruitment class, but generally fall classes aren't filled with the types of girls who you'd expect to pull in an awesome pledge class.
