theta chi

Why is theta chi @ bsc so terrible compared to other chapters around the nation? I’m a theta chi @ bama and have only heard negative things about this chapter despite being from homewood, you would think being from B’ham you would run into someone with something positive to say about these guys but that’s sadly not the case
