Agreed. Phi delt isn’t even on frat row and lambda kinda weird. You find prettier girls at Fiji Pike and KA.

Actually I would put Lambda at the very top almost their entire PC had bids from SX, KS and SAE but went Lambda

When you say a fraternity shouldn’t exist because they aren’t on frat row what you’re really saying is the only fraternities that can exist are the ones in frat row, which there are 8. You’re saying no more can ever come to State, ever. There is no more room on frat row to build. So the only ones that can exist are those frats. They only take on average about 30 pledges. If you don’t find your fit, you cannot be in any fraternity that’s not on frat row. This thinking is why the former comment is idiotic. There are some good frats not on frat row with some great guys in them. I’m not sure who taught you to think like this but you’re very sheltered and not very enlightened.

Kappa sig edges sigma chi. No real brotherhood with sigma chi. It does not matter if a frat is on frat row anymore. There is no more room there. Phi Delt has held its on for more than 35 years. Most of the Greeks see it as KAs, Phi Delts, Lambdas, Fijis, and Pikes all have very similar characteristics. They have many good guys but a mixed bag as well. Each one has its own unique take on Greek life. Phi Delt does have the toughest pledgeship which brings out great brotherhood. (They win that award a lot). SAE has some great guys and great parties. They have a 2 day pledgeship. There are reasons why. You can always find a deal at their house. Sig ep is for sure coming on strong. BYX is not a fraternity. It’s a youth group.
