grade expectations fir frats
by: GrademakerDo fraternities expect their members to keep certain GPA’s? Two of my SAE friends are well below 2.3, were initiated anyway, and finished the semester not doing so well. I’m wondering at what point does a frat put a member on academic probation?

Other than your typos, this is is good question. Some frats initiate really early to get their members in and paying dues. They know pledgeship is HARD and grades may suffer. So even if the members grades are bad at the end of the semester, they count as a member. It’s a sucky way to do guys but for some frats it works. My frat doesn’t do this.
