How many seniors will be back to rush in August compared to how many bids were given by zeta in 2016? I am not sure they have a good retention rate.

Zeta had the largest pledge class ever two years ago due to staggered quota. They took many grade risks that were released by other sororities days before. Now these girls have left the sorority due to grades and zeta has an upcoming small senior class. That’s called poor retention.
