If you're using this website as a basis for rush or who is "top tier" you're doing it wrong. Fraternity and Sorority social rankings change throughout a school year. Furthermore it's really only ever a question of who has the best house at the time (which consistently changes). Rush because you like the values and character of the people within that organization locally, not nationally.
