This is made off of who has best parties and sorority relations.
In the fall this will change because some people are getting new houses and others are getting kicked out of theirs.

Uh no. Switch nothing. Because you even say that sigma pi should be higher is why you have no credibility.
Sigma Chi would be higher but they have no significant house
