It depends where you are from. For most girls OOR, Zeta is considered top. Most frats whether OR or NR would agree. Definitely higher than XO. The original ranking is accurate for today.

I’d move KKG Dow one because they aren’t relevant to half the PNMs anymore.

This seems right. Aphi is more popular to PNMs during recruitment than many NR houses and the fraternities love them. However, they have a serious sisterhood and retention problem after recruitment which should make them dead last. Not sure how to rank that house.

I think Aphi is split with PNM’s from what I heard last year. They either love it or hate it. Very few are “eh” about it. Definitely seems to attract a very specific type.

Phi Mu is not higher than CHI O. Chi O is way more desired than Phi MU . Phi Mu has had average PC's since 2019. Last year PC's was just average.

PNM's like PM better than XO. And, the members of PM are generally much cuter than XO and every fraternity on campus would agree.

I would say that XO's are generally much nicer but not many people know XO's because they aren't as social and keep to themselves. I don't think I've ever personally met a XO at a party or in a class and I am a junior.

I disagree. PM is desired over XO. XO is a bit granola...PM has girls from all over, Capstone girls, pageant and a better sisterhood.
