ZTA & APHI may have a lawn of pretty girls with thousands of followers that will be popular with the frat guys, but those girls don’t need the sorority after a year. PM is the ONLY looks house that can retain their girls. KKG is the ONLY party girl house that can retain their girls. Even DZ/GPHI who are becoming more social houses cant retain like ADPI/DG/AOPI.
