People who are gonna have a good rush this year:
Kappa, AGD, DDD
Statistically the most selective & with higher presence on social media will do even better

im what would will ddd get a good pc based on this? their pc last year was awful and their work week has been mediocre at best…. alpha gam always puts on a good rush and so does kappa, but houses on the rise will definitely top them this year since they will take out of state/non legacies who are prettier, have better personalities, and will be more involved on campus
i think a phi is looking promising despite decent scandals, dz will keep rising, and theta will prob have a good pc based on how big rush is going to be since they can be more selective with more pms
