pnms--follow actives back
by: activelet me just say if you are a pnm and you are not following back the actives that choose to follow you or are only following certain ones back--we know who you are and it's not giving you a good impression. our girls are taking time out of their days to find and follow y'all to get to know you a bit before rush and you're showing us exactly where you stand among us. and by the way, houses talk. so if you think you're going to get in good with old row or zeta by only following them, careful what you do to their friends in other houses.

Imagine being so pressed over an IG follow lmao. Nobody has to follow you back to make yourself feel better. That’s the real world. Like I said, you’re not going to get blacklisted from a top house because you don’t follow a bottom. Nobody cares and you sound ridiculous telling 17 year old girls what to do and trying to scare them into following you, loser.

You are exactly one of the types of people that we are trying to filter out, so thank you for the excellent example. It's not about making ourselves "feel better" for a follow back, it's about making sure we get nice sisters who are polite and considerate to everyone, not just those they think are worthy or are sucking up to. If you can't bother to follow back as a simple decent gesture, then you'll get a consequence come rush. Your type is far more likely to make our house look bad or cause internal drama, so we pay attention to these clues when we are assessing 1500 pnm's.

There are houses that do care about IG numbers, looks and followers. All of the bla bla before applies only to these houses.
There are houses that focus on personality character loyalty and being well rounded. So if you do not follow a DG or an AXO… who cares? DG doesn’t care and AXO will have a second check. We want to get you know personally during recruitment and decide afterwards. So please calm down.

EXACTLY. Whoever made this post is just immature and salty they didn’t get a follow back on Instagram. What if the girl didn’t notice or forgot to follow back after stalking your page? Is she now dropped? 😂 There’s other important things going on in the world, I promise. My house wants to get to know you in person.

It is VERY true that word gets around during recruitment. If you are rude at a house or refuse to talk bc you think you that a house is "beneath" you...it WILL get around. Rude PNMs are reported to J board and that info gets circulated. Plus, actives have friends in other houses and your name will get around as a rude, entitled PNM and NO house wants a girl with that attitude.

lmfao most houses don't like it when ur rude to other houses and will drop you for it, but no one is gonna pull up ur instagram and check who ur following when deciding to cut you tf lol. no one has time for that.
i'm an active and don't really follow pnms unless 1) i know them, or 2) think they're really cool/pretty. and i don't expect a follow back at all?? nor am i sitting there refreshing her page to see if she followed back some phi mu's and not me lol
just say ur insecure about how ur house measures up and go. most pnms follow all the houses anyways and that matters more than following back rando actives who stalk them.

You must be in a bottom house. Top houses have teams that do check social media for follow backs.

Either you don't go to UA or you are at the bottom. Even middle houses have social media teams for recruitment.
