APhi is not a top house. They fell HARD after the Harley Barber scandal and they’re still trying to rebuild the house back to the status they were at prior.

Alpha Phi getting all the PNMs that the top houses cut does NOT make them a top house. That’s actually the opposite of a top house. Top houses have the ability to be selective.
