You go to houses and talk to girls. You decide if you like them, and they decide if they like you. You make some cuts, and they make some cuts. At the end of the week, which will be one of the biggest emotional roller coasters of your life, you (hopefully) will find the perfect home.

You go to houses and drink beer. If you drink more beer than the bros, you're in.
