Frats with most potential over next couple of years?

Chi Phi, Pike, Lambda - each pretty much got all the guys they wanted this year out of rush. Chi Phi has the best potential to move up, stealing guys from DU and other top frats. Gave out 30 bids and a large majority accepted. Lambda had a great rush and handpicked their class out of 30 or more rushes whose top option was Lambda. Pike did unexpectedly well in rush and got some great guys, giving out 25ish bids and getting somewhere around 22 guys back.

Agree only thing would be that Lambda is always in trouble and can't throw. House needs to learn to not be on sopro

pike gave out wayyyyy more than 25 bids. they got a big class with a horrendous yield rate lmao

all three got good classes and excited to see where it take them
especially in a year where most of the other frats around that tier took bad classes like pikapp

Idk why ppl are saying pike had a horrendous yield rate. Just blatantly not true. They bid guys that weren’t really involved in cross rush and as a result pretty much got everyone they wanted
