ZBT grinding so much

I see so many ZBT self ranks on this site it’s not even funny. They were desperate for kids this year (to the point of offering bids right after open houses) and their house is legit falling apart and is so far from campus. They like to flex that they mix with SDT but the reality is that other than that their mixing schedule sucks. Definitely not on the level of Chi Phi, and probably below Lambda, even though squids rank them over both all the time. And despite all that their pledging is still insanely hard. I don’t know why anyone would want to join this frat

What’s so hard about their pledging? Nationally they say they’re a frat without pledging.
