why do people include sae and snu in rankings

they have no house/srat relations and have guys that are like kap sig level from what I can tell. why are they even on rankings at all and sometimes above c4 mid frats?

They’re definitely not Kappa Sig level, recruited better than c4 mid by a lot. Alumni were very involved in recruitment and these were former upper houses
