help! sdt vs. phi mu

If I only have SDT and Phi Mu left as my houses for pref. Does only ranking SDT as number 1 at the last round hurt my chances of getting into SDT. I'm a little confused about how the computer algorithm works?????
I would not accept a bid from Phi Mu.

from what i remember this is the round with five max houses? And then for pref ranking you do 2 houses as your #1 and then #3, #4, #5? Rank both sdt and phi mu as your #1 this round. After pref, i still think you should rank phi mu as your #2 on your MRABA bc i think it actually increases your chances of getting into SDT (bc of the algorithm). If you do get phi mu you can drop. Suicide bidding can only hurt from y knowledge

Do not put a house down that you don’t want to join. Prevents you from doing COB. Best of luck!

Also rho gammas are literally trained to tell you putting all houses you have down will increase your chances. As a former rho gamma I know this is a lie the algorithm does not take this into account
