Alpha is probably third after DG and Theta. Girls are either classy and girlfriend types or a little hipster. Not the biggest ragers which is anoying...sometimes they dont go to mixers. Sick house. Last pledge class was hot but not the party type.

Phi Delt has to be one of the hidden wonders on Cornell's campus. Though they may be a little low key (hence the hidden) on campus, the Phi Delt brotherhood is most definitely underrated. I went to one of their parties for the first time during fall 2012 semester and was surprised by the brothers' hospitality, great party atmosphere, etc. For all of those people who doubt their mixing prospects, one of my phi delt friends told me that their spring mixing schedule is almost packed.
