How do they decide which girls to eliminate? Yes GPA, how the conversations went, etc.; but do they all sit in a room and talk about you and show your picture, or only the girls that spoke to you speak up? Who makes the decisions?

I heard cuts from round 1 are based solely on grades. Not sure if this is 100% accurate.
