Why is pi phi losing their house to sig chi? What are they going to do now?

Because Sigma Chi OWNS it. It was never Pi Phi's house. They were renting. Just like AGD, who is also losing their house.

NOT their house. Lease is up, get the uhaul. Not sure what they’ll do now with rents skyrocketing, and they can’t afford to buy in this market oh well
