When does continuous open bidding start/snap bidding for houses that do not meet quota? I really wanted to be in a sorority but things didnt work out this year...

I think everyone made quota this year so you’ll have to see if any of the houses have girls drop and have space. COB is never guaranteed, especially at the stronger houses

If you dropped bc you didn’t like the houses you got back, you aren’t going to get the ones you had wanted before.
