Phi Mu is SELF RANKING on Georgia Southern's page! They gave every other sorority 1's all in a row on 4/25 except for their own!!! boooo!!!

My grandmother went to Georgia and was a Phi Mu back when they were a top sorority. I dont know much about the system there now, but I want to follow in her footsteps and help rebuild the sorority. How much will my chances of getting in go up because of her?

To answer your question, from what I am hearing, you need to be full blown party girl who can hang with any guy when you drink. And, don't worry about class or anything like that, that is not important. Also, being a legacy holds much less weight than your ability to drink like a fish, among other things.

Forget that about pledging legacies..I know for a fact that this year, they cut some legacies that would have been the cream of their pledge class. All I can figure is that those girls must not have fit the mold they were looking for (i.e what did you say.....partying,pukin in publin, dui, etc....from what I hear, that is exactly what they got) A sad state for one that used to be so good.
