frat ranks + explanation

everyone likes to argue about the order within tiers so for this actual ranking there is no order within tiers.

SAE/KA/Chi Phi
No explanation needed. doesnt matter if you agree or not about the "quality of guys" or whatever, these are and will be the top 3.

ATO/Fiji/SX/SN
You could put SN in a rank of its own below the other 3 but SN is still better than any of the next group. if you are calling any of these guys "old row" you are wrong

KS/PDT
In-between group, this is the drop off from the pace setters to the pace-pressers. There is a small gap between these guys and the next group but it gets muddy here.

DSP/SigEp/PKA/PKP/BTP
SigEp is weird since they do spring rush but still are pretty good. otherwise all of these are the remainder of the dead mid frats. but at UGA dead mid is still solid

After this it doesnt really matter but here is roughly how i'd put them

OX/SP/Phi Kap kinda blend together and are all unimportant but they probably have a good time

Phi Tau, DKE, Chi Psi, and DTD are really small but seem fine

TEP, AEPi, AGR, and BYX are niche groups but TEP and AEPi definitely fall more into traditional frat territory and they are fine. AGR is whatever and BYX is barely a frat but the dudes are great. BYX just lost their house though to LXA, and i have no idea what LXA is like but they'll prob just be fine
