Top = some of the best fraternities at any school in the country.
Upper Mid = they would be top & dominant at 95% of other colleges, here they are just Great.
Mid = they would be top or close it at 95% of other colleges here they are just really good.
Lower Mid = they would be Mid to upper mid groups at 95% of other colleges, here they are just good.
Bottom = they would be Mid groups at 95% of other colleges, here they are just respectably decent.

They are saying that if you took this specific chapter and put it on any campus it would be undisputed #1 or close to it. Even other top major greek scenes. Has nothing to do with nationals presence.

UGA is probably just behind ole miss and Alabama for best Greek scenes and other schools like USC penn state and Michigan are good too. Ohio State used to have a great Greek scene but 90% of the groups are gone or in trouble now so they are a bad scene.

For me, SAE should be dropped to 2nd tier.
ATO is border-line top tier, IMHO. They're good, but I'd probably put them second tier in this ranking.
I personally think Chi Phi has gone weird and should be dropped a level, too. PIKE and Phi Delta should also been dropped a level.
Also think BYX should be bumped up level - a niche fraternity, but some really good guys. AGR, also a niche fraternity, is good at what they do, and should be up one tier.
